We always dreamed of a Nutcracker theme for the front yard at Christmas.  This year we were able to fulfill that dream with the Nutcracker and Sugar Plum Fairy.  We're hoping to add to it as the years go by.  Hope you enjoy!  

 

A Big Thanks to those over at Pinterest who came up with this idea!  This was fun to make.  I want to add that if you plan to work with the insulation spray foam, be sure to wear a mask when using hot glue on it.  Toxic Fumes!!

Before

These products worked great!  No stripping.  I just cleaned up the wood and you can see in the after photo how well they turned out without changing the original finish too much.  The color is a shade darker.
